Modular Cleanrooms
A modular cleanroom system incorporates flexibility in Design, Construction and Process integration based on the type of facility and its application. Iclean Modular Cleanrooms are designed to suit the specific requirement of the customers and allow them to expand or modify as per their changing business requirements.
Iclean offers total cleanroom solutions, right from concept to commissioning, including design, manufacture and installation of cleanroom partitions. The integration of the cleanroom partitions with other equipment and utilities is carried out to meet the regulatory requirements ensuring maximum cleanliness and minimum contamination. The solutions are applicable to both new facilities and refurbishment of existing facilities to GMP standards. Our installations have been approved by various regulatory agencies like USFDA, UK MHRA, MCC, WHO-GMP etc.
At Iclean each and every panel is manufactured as a customized and pre-engineered panel. The panels are tested for fire rating up to 2 hours as per BS476: part 22:1987 by Warringtonfire, UK. These customized panels are made at our factory and supplied at the site of construction.
Cleanroom construction begins with the floors, walls and ceilings. At Iclean, wall panels and walkable ceiling systems are made in Progressive and Non-Progressive designs to meet the specific requirements of the customers. They can even be customized in combination of progressive and non-progressive. Wide range of infill options like in situ PUF, Honeycomb (Kraft paper ) and rockwool are available.
Various return air riser design are available like inbuilt RA Riser with in the panel, Riser between Double panels, creation of return chase in the double panel system and glass risers. The types of risers shall be decided based on the type of facility, cleanliness class and other requirements of the customer.
Iclean product range for the entire cleanroom includes Wall panel, Walkable ceiling panels, cleanroom doors with required hardware, double galzed view panels, covings, HEPA fiter modules, cleanroom light fixtures & cleanroom equipment like passboxes, LAFs, Sampling/Dispensing booths, garment cubicles, crossover benches and air showers
